Validated connectors

Integrations with operation-level clarity

We document what each connector touches, which direction data flows, what triggers sync, and what your team must set up—so expectations match delivery. No generic “connect in minutes” promises without a scoped onboarding plan.

Shopify, QuickBooks & Stripe

Highlights below reflect validated connector patterns; your contract and onboarding plan define the exact scope enabled for your workspace.

Shopify logo

Shopify

Connect e-commerce catalog and order activity to Worxstream customer and fulfillment records where validated for your plan.

Records involved

  • Products & variants
  • Orders
  • Customers
  • Fulfillment references

Direction

Typically inbound from Shopify into Worxstream; outbound updates depend on configured workflows.

Triggers

  • Order created or updated
  • Product or inventory changes (as configured)

Prerequisites

  • Active Shopify store
  • Admin access to install or authorize the integration

Plan & setup

Included on eligible plans after onboarding maps SKUs, customers, and order statuses. Timelines vary by catalog size and mapping complexity—we do not publish fixed migration durations.

QuickBooks logo

QuickBooks

Align financial records between Worxstream documents and QuickBooks Online for teams that keep accounting in QuickBooks.

Records involved

  • Customers
  • Invoices & payments
  • Items or services
  • Chart-of-accounts mapping (as configured)

Direction

Most deployments sync approved Worxstream invoices or payments into QuickBooks; scope is confirmed during onboarding.

Triggers

  • Invoice finalized or posted
  • Payment recorded (per configured rules)

Prerequisites

  • QuickBooks Online company
  • Finance owner for OAuth and account mapping

Plan & setup

Connector enablement and field mapping are part of onboarding. Historical backfill, if needed, is scoped per customer—not guaranteed in a standard window.

Stripe logo

Stripe

Reconcile Stripe payment activity with Worxstream customers and receivables when Stripe is your payments processor.

Records involved

  • Payments & intents
  • Customers
  • Payout references (as configured)

Direction

Inbound payment events into Worxstream; outbound customer or invoice links depend on your workflow design.

Triggers

  • Successful charge
  • Refund or dispute events (where supported for your configuration)

Prerequisites

  • Stripe account with API access
  • Agreement on which Worxstream records receive payment status

Plan & setup

Webhook endpoints and test-mode validation are configured during onboarding. Production cutover follows workflow validation—not a self-serve toggle for every tenant.

Gmail & Outlook

Email connectivity runs through the Worxstream Mail runtime—not the same connector catalog as Shopify or QuickBooks. Account linking, send/receive behavior, and AI-assisted inbox features depend on your plan and mail configuration; confirm availability during onboarding.

What we do not claim

Infrastructure partners such as Twilio may power telephony or messaging behind Worxstream Voice or notifications—they are not listed here as customer-configurable commerce or accounting connectors. Ask our team if you need a specific system; we will confirm validated options rather than implying a universal integration marketplace.

Connector onboarding stages

From first call to production sync—structured so finance, operations, and IT stay aligned.

  1. 1

    Discovery

Confirm systems, records, and workflows that must stay in sync.

  2. 2

    Configuration

Map fields, statuses, and roles in Worxstream to match how you operate.

  3. 3

    Data connection

Authorize connectors and validate credentials with your IT or finance owner.

  4. 4

    Workflow validation

Run test transactions and document handoffs before go-live.

  5. 5

    Launch

Enable production sync with monitoring and an agreed support path.
